Forgetting Not His Benefits

Thanksgiving was wonderful. We drove to Amy’s (David’s sister) house north of Dallas where we had the most wonderful Thanksgiving meal. David’s parents joined us as well as Sam’s (David’s brother) family. It was absolutely perfect!

We spent a bit of time reflecting on what we are thankful for. I am thankful for so much.

I am thankful for Jesus and His consuming presence in our lives, the wonderful guy I’m married to, our extended families, good health, the abundant blessings of the Lord . . .

and

these

four

little

darlings.

Hmmm, Heidi, maybe I should clarify . . . we actually did the celebrating in the large community center in their neighborhood. It was very beautiful and amazing. Amy's house is too . . . but it's always nice to have lots and lots of space.

Love the kids picture! They are all so beautiful!

We really are blessed! I was a happy mom having Alicia around for our dinner. She didn't stay long as she headed to Alfreds. Thankful for the small things :o)

I also thought that you guys were at a house, what a great, long table! How fun!

Great picture of the kids, they are so sweet.

Thanks for the tips for the hospital, I love the idea of thank-you gifts/cards. We actually haven't purchased any clothes for the baby yet since they keep telling us to not get our hopes up. Maybe I should pick a couple up. If all goes well he might be in the hospital for a month or so, so I guess I will have some time.

Thank you so much for your prayers!

So glad you had a great Thanksgiving. I had a lovely one too, with the Gullicksons and a few more friends!

Thinking of you!
