I enjoy having winter for about a week. For us, Spring is just around the corner . . .

Did school get cancelled today? I had to reschedule my Doctor's appointment... Kevin said the roads around here were fine but nearer to Canton/Athens, they were worse...
Have a fun snow day!!

We were already out for Parent/Teacher Conferences . . . but they were cancelled for the weather. :)

I'm glad we're not the only ones experiencing winter this year! As cold as it has been here in CO, all the white snow has been absolutely beautiful.

Cute picture. I've lived in places that get snow, but this is the first time I've been in a place that just gets ice! I agree--it's so pretty! All the trees in our backyard were iced this morning.

I was wondering how you guys were doing in the icelands. Beto was so happy to wear his winter gear to work today. I'm surprised Dallas didn't close down. We had a lot of ice south of us, too. Alfred has to head that way to take the train back to Chicago. I think it will all be melted by then. Stay warm and cuddle with your hot water bottle :)

Linds got some neat ice pictures that she posted on her Xanga. Feel free to take a peek.

"For us spring is just around the corner.." imagine me mimicking that in a very sarcastic tone. I'll try to picture that as we suffer through sub-zero temps for another three plus months! :-)

I would love to have a week of snow (maybe not ice) but then again with no heating we would really freeze!

Winter has hit us too, however the temp has been hovering right around, oh, say ZERO! I wish I could say spring is around the corner, but not in Dakota, not even close :-)

I still have a 9 foot snow drift in my front yard. Not kidding. Winter will be here in Colorado for a very, very long time....I need to go to a beach.

Beth, I miss you. Are you gone to the spa, too?
