David and Cole were driving in the car by themselves last night. Out of the blue Cole said, “Look Dad. It’s the Wishing Star.”
David: “The Wishing Star?”
Cole: “Yeah Dad. You’ve gotta make a wish!”
David: “Ummmm . . .”
Cole: “Do you wanna know my wish?”
David: “Sure, Cole.”
Cole: “I wish I could drive!”

I am sure that he will be wishing that for a long time. David's face looks thinner in that picture (not that it was fat). Did he lose some weight or have I just not seen him in a long time?
Rich has been working on his weight...dropped 25 lbs...such will power over the holidays (it was sickening)

I love that little boys know exactly what it will take to make them happy...drive a car. They are so simple compared to the complexities of girls!
Cole's cleverness at such a young age is impressive...along with that cute little face how could you ever say no to him?? He got to drive, didn't he..haha

Cole is absolutely adorable! I haven't seen the kids in a while - besides Ashely, who comes to the office every once in a while...
my dad let me drive old blue (a blue el camino) when I was three. However, it was on a dirk road in the middle of NE at about 5 MPH.
