On Saturday we went out to David’s parent's house on the lake. As we pulled up David told the kids that his aunt and uncle were visiting from Colorado.
He gave a short synopsis of how they were related to both him and their granddad.
Cole asked, “Does that mean we have to be nice to them?”
A little surprized at my sweet son’s question, I replied, “Yes Cole! We are nice to everyone!”
Cole: “Oh yeah, I forgot.”

I am sorry but that struck me as really funny!
BWHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! ROFL!!!
This was funny. I giggled. Haven't we all had a few "failures" in our day?
I came to be here from Ginger's blog. Why have I not visited before?
You have a very sweet family. Smart too. The quiz on a previous post had me stumped. I got the Bat and the Cheetah and the Greeks, but that was it. I thought the alaphabet came from the Romans.
And I was a 3rd grade teacher! Yikes!
Have a great week.
Just wanted to let you know about a free giveaway at my site this week - come check it out! Thanks!
Look at that sweet face. I can't imagine him being anything but nice.
at least he didn't follow it up with, 'well you're not mommy!' that is something the kids in this house would have said! as i cringed:0)
That's too cute, Beth!
HEHE!! Just love the things they say!!
I am glad you got a kick out of my birthday post. I actually thought of that when I read your post on Parenting mistake :)
Beth, so glad you got to meet Becky. I adore her as I do you :) She is a priceless friend and a blogger my age unlike all of you youngins.
How can you help but love that little Colie? He is so precious! I loved HJ's comment. That would have been a responce at our house, too, hehe. Life is always a stitch with little Cole.
