A million times a day God gives reminders my life is rich beyond the counting. If such moments are ignored because life is too busy or frazzled, I am the poorer for it. Life calls for reflection.
That's funny! Henry likes to point out letters everywhere to prove to us he can read....so it goes like this, "There's an H for Henry, there is a D for daddy, and look, mom, there's an M. For McDonald's!"
I remember the day Emily first let us in on the fact that she knew the McDonald's logo... (she had never eaten there)... she said, "momma, it's Old MacDonald's!!"
He would fit in well here as "lovely" is a much used word here! Someone just described my son as lovely...Rich wasn't too happy but I tend to agree. :-)
This just cracks me up. I just asked my kids if Walmart is the only store in Texas. It seems it's the only store they ever shop at. I then found out that you guys have SUPER Walmarts down there. In our neighborhood we are not so blessed. The "lovely" things must have made David's day, haha.
We just got back from an ATF weekend in MA. I keep yelling out "Branded" to my teenage boys as they obssess about some hot car they plan to buy in another year, or some awesome speakers their friend just got, or when one fo them walks out of his room for school all decked out in gangsta attire. Oh please!!!!
I think it is disgusting but unrealistic to lay the blame on the House Republican leadership. Men are men and responsible for their own individual actions...scandals come and scandals go, but I personally believe true strength in leadership is not how to prevent the storm, but how to weather through it...
Just for clarification, what I meant was disgusting was the behaviour of Foley...my friend met him once and she didn't like him from the beginning...just because I am Republican doesn't mean I like all Republicans...and just because I am a Yankees fan doesn't mean I love ARod...
