A million times a day God gives reminders my life is rich beyond the counting. If such moments are ignored because life is too busy or frazzled, I am the poorer for it. Life calls for reflection.
Yesterday Cole came into my office and said, “Maisy won’t come out of the TV.”
Me: “Honey, people don’t come out of the TV.”
He held up and picture he had just made and said, “But I made a picture for her.”

I remember thinking that little people lived in the TV and radio when I was a kid. When my mom got an 8-track system, I was very confused...did they live in the radio or the 8-track cassette??? This may be my favorite Cole story yet...too cute and sweet!
Aww, reminds me of my childhood days as I sat watching Romper Room and waited for the lady on TV to see me in her magic mirror. She always saw all of my friends, but never once did she see "Ginger". Do you think that had anything to do with my name? haha
I used to think that tiny people lived inside my record player when I was a little girl. Isn't it funny that kids still think things like that? The technology keeps improving, but the imagination of a child never changes!
student at HA: Just wanted to say how much I enjoy reading your posts. You have incredible writing skills and they make all of your posts come alive! Best wishes as you get closer to the arrival of your next child! All the Best!
that is really cute! I remember my mother explaining to me that people dont live in the tv they just act on tv...so then I thought people actually were in the tv acting out the shows...the thing I couldnt figure out is how and when they got out of the tv to go home.
I have read a few of your comments and I'm a little confused...what is Romper Room?

You have me laughing so hard that I'm crying. Ken thinks I'm loosing my mind.
